SouthTrek provides motorcycle rides, guided tours, travel experiences and related services primarily across Kerala and South India.

A ride booking is confirmed only after SouthTrek has received the required booking information and applicable payment or confirmation specified for that ride.
Availability is subject to the number of places available for each ride. SouthTrek may limit participation for safety, operational or logistical reasons.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when making an enquiry or booking.
This may include your name, phone number, email address, riding information and other details required to organize the ride.

A booking may not be considered confirmed until the required payment or confirmation has been received.

Where a third-party service provider is involved, its cancellation and refund conditions may also apply.
SouthTrek may modify a route, schedule, destination, accommodation, activity or other part of a ride when reasonably necessary.
Changes may be required because of weather, road conditions, government restrictions, safety concerns, local conditions, availability or other operational circumstances.
SouthTrek will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to participants.
Motorcycle rides are outdoor activities and may be affected by weather, traffic, road conditions, landslides, flooding, road closures and other environmental or transportation conditions.
Routes and schedules may therefore be changed when necessary for participant safety or operational reasons.
Participants must meet the applicable legal requirements for riding a motorcycle in the relevant location.
Riders are responsible for having a valid driving licence and any other documents legally required for riding or travelling.
SouthTrek may request appropriate identification or documentation where reasonably required for a booking or ride.
Participants must follow applicable traffic laws, safety instructions, ride leader instructions and reasonable directions provided during the tour.
Appropriate protective riding equipment is strongly recommended and may be mandatory for certain rides.
Riders are responsible for operating motorcycles safely and responsibly.

Participants must not engage in conduct that creates an unreasonable risk to themselves, other riders, members of the public or property.
This includes reckless riding, unlawful activity, aggressive behavior, deliberate damage to property or failure to follow reasonable safety instructions.
Where motorcycles are provided or arranged through SouthTrek, additional rental terms may apply.
Riders may be responsible for damage, loss, traffic penalties or other charges arising from their use of a rented motorcycle, subject to the applicable rental agreement and law.
Certain rides may include or arrange accommodation, transportation, restaurants, motorcycle rentals, activities or other third-party services.
Such services may be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during SouthTrek rides and travel activities.
SouthTrek recommends that valuable items, documents and electronic devices are kept secure during the journey.
Participants should consider whether they are physically and practically prepared for the selected ride and its expected riding conditions.
Participants should inform SouthTrek in advance of any relevant requirements that the organizers need to reasonably accommodate.
SouthTrek may take photographs or videos during rides for promotional, social media or website purposes.
Where required by applicable law, appropriate consent will be sought for identifiable use of participant images.
SouthTrek makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current.
However, ride details, prices, routes, availability, schedules and other information may change without prior notice.
You agree not to misuse the SouthTrek website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Unless otherwise stated, website content including SouthTrek branding, logos, text, graphics, photographs and other materials belongs to SouthTrek or its respective licensors.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified or commercially used without appropriate permission.

Motorcycle travel and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including traffic, road conditions, weather, mechanical issues and other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
SouthTrek will not be responsible for delays, changes or inability to provide services caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, road closures, civil disturbances, strikes, transportation disruptions or other unforeseen events.
